I am building a template for businesscards. When i get to Printshopweb But when i use the basic expression, the spacing is far too big. For example: ###_####### Gives a big space between the numbers. The underscore is 1,5 size of a normal font. Does anybody know how to solve this?

Character spacing cannot be defined in PrintShop Mail, but Text with a character spacing can be copied from MSWord into PrintShop Mail and the spacing is kept.

Hope this helps.

How do you use the telephone expression? Your customer is satisfied with the space between the area code and the number?

What do you mean with telephone expression?

Do you want to remove the space in the number entered in the database? Then you can use the Replace function. REPLACE([telephone], " ", "").

No, what i mean is that when i make a template for business cards and the customer wants his telephone number printed like this: 0031(0) 20 1234 567. The customer wants between the 4 and 5 a space. Thats possible with a telephone expression, but its too big. And i have to solve it in any way..........

In PrintShop Mail you can add that space by creating an expression like:

LEFT([telephone],4)&" "&MID([telephone], 5,10)
