I am trying to do a 12 page newsletter with the address on the 12th page. I am trying to figure out how to tell PrintShop Mail that each document has 12 pages and after the 12th page is printed that it needs to make a booklet. Any help would be appreciated.

Maybe you could try going to the Page Setup properties of your first layout, and turn on the booklet maker, then on the Page Setup properties of the 12th layout, turn them off. Leave all other layouts to "default", or similar option(it can vary from drivers to drivers).

Click on File/Print, and in your print driver look for the "Split job every _____ pages" box.

This method of splitting every ____ pages would work, but if the printer natively support subset booklet finishing, then it's better to use those features, as it will be more efficient in terms of performance than the splitting method.

So I'd say try the first method, and if it doesn't work, then you can try splitting the file.

Also, when using subset finishing, you will need to pre-impose the booklet before using the design in PrintShop Mail. Then set finishing just to short edge feed duplex, stapling and folding.

Otherwise, if setting imposition in the driver, all pages from different booklets will be mixed by the RIP. The only exception to this I know of is the Oc

Professional services are usually things like form and document designs, complex scripts, etc... Advices on optimizing forms is within the scope of a support issue and does not requires professional services.

That said, in this case, I believe pretty much everything has been said as far as setting up subset finishing goes. First try the driver-based method, and if it doesn't work, splitting the job will most likely work fine, albeit slower.
