Hello,

Ever since we upgraded to Planet Press version 7 we are receiving this error message from any job that uses image.

Ive cleared out the Windows\temp and the Administrator temp directories.

Ive tried running all planet press services as Administrator and local system.

Ive changed the job processing from optimised postscript to printer centric.

Not sure what else to try.

Below is an excerpt from the PP Image log file.

Hi,

First things first.
Open up your document in Design and do a preview, does it work?
Try to use the same data file you are using in your process.
If that works then re-send the document to Watch just to make sure we have the latest document.
Then create a simple process input and output to Image, that should work just fine. If that works then there may be something in your current process that is causing that error. Do you have a splitter?
Make sure that it is splitting correctly before getting to Image.

Let me know how that goes.

Cosimo

Hello,

We are having a similar issue.

An error occured with the file : C:\ProgramData\Objectif Lune\PlanetPress Suite 7\PlanetPress Image\error\4121F72.ps The error is :
I1007 : Error while converting to PDF : Error converting file: undefinedfilename
I1005 : Error while processing job; moving file to error folder: 4121F72.ps

I dump them back into the In folder and they go through just fine.

Thanks,
Aditya

Hi,

Are you logged into the Watch serives as a Domain user or local system. If you are a Domain user, make sure that there are no newtork issues. Also I would try using the local system account or vis versa.

Let us know how that goes.
If the problem persists, please report an issue.

Thanks
Cosimo
