A Plus Letter OL Newbie Registered: 04/10/08 Posts: 15 Loc: USA	Can someone help me with a questions I was asked. In word we are able to create from our word document after we printed out the file an individual naming pdf for each record that we mailed. We then send this to our customer through a FTP site so they have an electronic record of the mailing for each person that we snail mailed. Can this be done with Print Shop Mail? The Macro I have for WORD would not work in Print Shop Mail.

cosimo OL Expert Registered: 10/31/01 Posts: 1286 Loc: montreal	Hi, Unfortunately, this is not a native functionality within PSM Design. You could achieve this by using PlanetPress Workflow tool, which would automate your job and output a PDF with a naming convention using a data value. Hope this helps Cosimo
