We have recently been playing around with a 12X12 data matrix code and have run into some problems.

When you print preview it seems to show everything just fine and in it's place. When you actually print the document the data matrix barcode is cut off--almost as if the box is too small. This is not the case.

We've printed to optimized postscript and free form and nothing seems change the outcome.

Does the quiet zone have anything to do with this? I'm pretty new to data matrix so bare with me

Any insight is appreciated as we have been banging our heads against a brick wall for the past few hours!

Can you provide the following information in order for us to troubleshoot this issue :

- Windows version / bits / service packs
- PrintShopMail version
- Have you tried with other version of the software
- Is the data matrix within the printable area of your document
- Are you using an external plug-in for the barcode (if so please provide the version information)
