When i connect to a specific table in our datawarehouse, I get an "Open database error : IDispatch error #3127"

That specific table contains app. 320.000 records.
When connecting to smaller tables in the same datawarehouse, there's no errors.

Is this a known error ?

What type of database are you connecting to?

I'm using Printshop Mail 6.1.2 (build 1)
The database is a DB2
I use an sql-server driver to connect between psm and the database.

We fixed some problems related to DB2 in PSM 7.1.

The most recent PSM version is 7.2. Maybe you could download a trial version to see if this version allows you to connect to that table?

The "3127" error is a SQL message and as such, you will have to look to the ODBC driver.


Is there a reason you are not using the latest version of PrintShop Mail? There have been improvements in data handling since v6 that may be of value. You can review the release notes for more details:
