To answer your question, PlanetPress cannot send you a confirmation message on whether the email has been received or not, because once the email is sent, it is no longer connected to PlanetPress in any way. PlanetPress Image sends the email, and then it's up to either Outlook or the SMTP server to make sure the email is properly delivered. PlanetPress is no longer concerned at this point, and it will not know whether Outlook or SMTP were successful in sending the email.
